From FLdigi click Configure and then Modems.

Click the MT-63 tab and check all the boxes except the last one, Allow manual tuning. This will allow for the automatic adjustment of the offset frequency depending on which MT-63 mode is used.:

Click the Save and the Close buttons and go to Rig Control.
